At the Hotel
When you come to another country or city you can stay at your friend's house or flat. But if you haven't got any relatives or friends you may stay at a hotel. There are 2 sorts of hotels: at the seaside and in the city. The hotels at the seaside usually occupy big territory and the services and facilities are usually better there then in the city hotels. You can get more things free. Also at the seaside hotels food is served usually 2 or 3 times a day and in the city hotels you can get only breakfast . Before you arrive somewhere you can make arrangements about a room at the hotel you have chosen. You can call at the hotel or send them a fax or telegram to make the reservation. If you haven't done it, it is necessary to come up to the reception desk when you arrive at the hotel. There a person can order a room. First of all, you must fill in an arrival card. In this card you must give information about yourself. Your name and surname, telephone number and address. Besides it is necessary to point out how long you are going to stay here. Among the seaside hotels the best ones have a “club system”. There are usually 4-5 storied buildings with single rooms, double rooms, and suites on the territory of such hotels and there are also family cottages. The area of such hotels is usually very big. Club system allows to take a lot of things free: soft drinks, food 24 hours a day because everything is included into the price of the tour. There are all day room services, dry cleaners, laundries. In the room there is a refrigerator, a bathroom, a satellite TV and a direct dial phone. Such hotels also have their own place on the beach with comfortable sun beds .You can spend time riding horses, playing tennis, golf, polo, visiting shops which are usually situated on the territory of the hotels. In the evening you can go to the disco or to the restaurant . The menu in the restaurants includes different cuisine's such as: French, Spanish, Chinese, Turkish, Russian and so on. You can order a yacht tour to some historical places (if any) or something like that. After visiting such hotels you'll return home happy and refreshed.

Есть 2 вида отелей : на берегу моря и в городе. Отели на берегу моря обычно занимают большую территорию иуслуги и объекты, как правило, лучше там тогда в городе отелей. Вы можете получить больше вещей бесплатно. Также на еду приморских отелях подаются обычно 2 или 3 раза в день и в городе отелях Вы можете получить только завтрак . Перед тем, как прибыть где-нибудь, вы можете принять меры, о комнате в отеле вы выбрали. Вы можете позвонить в отель или отправлять ихпо факсу или телеграммой , чтобы сделать бронирование . Если вы еще не сделали этого , необходимо подойти кстойке регистрации , когда вы прибываете в отель . Там человек может заказать комнату. Прежде всего, вы должны заполнить прибытия карта . В этой карте вы должны дать информацию о себе . Ваше имя и фамилия , номер телефона и адрес . Кроме того, необходимо указать, как долго вы собираетесь оставаться здесь. Среди приморских отелях лучших есть " клубная система " . Есть правило, 4-5 этажные дома с одно , двухместные номера , люксы и на территории таких отелей и есть также семейные коттеджи. Площадь таких отелях , как правило, очень большие. Клубная система позволяет брать много вещей бесплатно: безалкогольные напитки, еду 24 часа в сутки , потому что все включено в стоимость тура. Есть весь день обслуживание в номерах , химчистка, прачечная . В номере есть холодильник , ванная комната, спутниковое телевидение и телефон с прямым набором номера. Такие отели также имеют свое собственное место на пляже с удобными кроватями ВС Вы можете провести время верхом на лошадях , играть в теннис , гольф, поло, посещения магазинов, которые , как правило, расположены на территории отелей. Вечером вы можете пойти на дискотеку или в ресторан. Меню в ресторанах включает в себя различные кухни , таких как : французский, испанский, китайский, турецкий, русский и так далее . Вы можете заказать яхту тур в некоторые исторические места (если таковые имеются ), или что-то вроде этого. После посещения таких отелях вы вернетесь домой счастливым и свежей.

Contract
LARGO MANAGEMENT
Contract dated 8 February , 2000.
This Contact is made between:
LARGO MANAGEMENT,Munich , Germany, hereinafter referred to as Organiser and Economtraining, Paris ,France, hereinafter referred to as Customer.
This Contract concerns the Programme for a Group of 20 senior bankers and foreign trade company executives (the Participants) from the France
as nominated by the Customer, scheduled to take place in Paris during 5 days in March, 2000.. The exact dates are to be specified before 2 October.
Both parties to this Contract are bound by the terms and condi¬tions of the Contract as set out below.
Article 3. Undertakings by the Organiser
The Organiser shall provide Business Skills Courses during the Programme which shall collectively amount to not less than 9 hours of intensive classroom tuition, to be divided into 12 classroom "Sessions". Classroom Sessions shall take place on Training Days (Monday through Friday).
The Organiser shall provide professional trainers to teach the Business Skills Courses who shall have appropriate professional and/ or academic experience and expertise.
The Organiser shall provide an appropriate conference room at the Hotel in which the Business Skills Courses shall be conducted.
