Teleconference between the International Club of Hiroshima and the Friendship Society “Volgograd - Hiroshima”
MC Mary: Hello, dear friends! Today is the 8th of December 2013, and we are here to have a teleconference between the International Club of Hiroshima and the Friendship Society “Volgograd - Hiroshima”. Risa, how are you? Are you ready?
Risa: Hello, Mary. We are very excited to have got this opportunity. Here are participants of International Youth Conference for Peace in the Future, Hiroshima 2013.
Mary: Guys, let’s greet our friends, altogether – Konnichiwa! (we will say it in chorus)
Risa: Zudurasutu biche (we try to say it in chorus)
Mary: We have got really a lot to tell you. To begin with, let us introduce you the Friendship Society and explain how it came to life. Katya is the Secretary General of this Society. Let’s meet her.
*Katya speaks*
Mary: As Katya mentioned, the Society functions on the basis of the SATORI club. The head of this Club, Sergey, is here with a small surprise for you.
*Sergey speaks*
Mary: Of course, our dream is to welcome you here someday. However, we know that some of you have already been to Volgograd. We offer you a short video to bring back the memories and hope that these memories will be good!

Mary: Do you remember any of the places? Risa?
Risa: It was very interesting to visit the Mamaev Hill and the museum-panorama《Starlingrad Battle》
Mary: You have seen the most famous sights. However, there is always something new to learn about the city. Next short presentation will be about the less famous but well beloved things in Volgograd.

Risa: We will talk about International Youth Conference for Peace in the Future, Hiroshima 2013.We hope you will enjoy our presentation.

Risa: We gave this presentation all in Japanese at a local event last month and today we tried to do it all in English for the first time. We hope our English was good enough for you to understand.
Mary: Thank you very much. I am sure that everybody is bursting with impressions. Shall we begin a question and answer session? Risa?
Risa: OK. We will ask you the first question.

Mary: So, overall, this conference has come to an end. But our friendship is only beginning. Maybe, you have some comments or suggestion?

Risa: Some of us will start activities as the members of the International Club and talk about cooperation programs. Then they will contact you soon.
