Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Skills

Negotiate with customer about articles of contract, to fullfill CMS, prepare necessary documents for review; to track and provide necessary info for preparation invoice; inform Supply Chain Dept. about payment in aim to start production(sale contract) or start shipment (if borrow contract), to check packing list and other in aim to supply equipment.Strong communication, technical writing and presentation skills, as well as solid problem solving abilities and the desire to learn new skills and gain new experience. The ability to work in a group, take responsibilities, high concentration ability and motivation, persistence in finding optimal solutions, creative and enthusiastic, inquisitive and communicative, purposeful and assiduous.
