I usually have for breakfast fried eggs, bread with butter and tea.
I usually have lunch in the canteen.
I everyday eat out.
I prefer eating out, because I don't like to cook.
I'm taking BCAA and Creatine at the moment. (supplements)
I'm trying to eat healthy food, but sometimes I eat fastfood, because i don't have any time to cook.
For students healthy eating is hard, because they don't have time to cook and don't have money for healthy food in cafe or restaurant. So students often eat fastfood and takeaway.
From my point of view, food is a mixture of both.
On the one hand, food is energy for me. For example, I can’t work or study, if I haven’t a good meal before. In my opinion, not only food is fuel, do some sport is fuel too.
On the other hand, food should be a pleasure. When I eat in restaurant, i experience pleasure, because food in good restaurant is very tasty.
2 топик. Cheating moments in sport.
I know a lot of cheating moments in sport. My favourite moment is "hand of God" by Diego Maradona. Argentina were playing England in the quarter-finals of the 1986 World Cup in Mexico. In the 52nd minute the Argentinian captain, Diego Maradona, scored a goal. The English players protested but the referee gave the goal. However, TV cameras showed that Maradona had scored the goal with his hand! Maradona said the next day, 'It was partly the hand of Maradona, and partly the hand of God.'
Later in the game Maradona scored another goal and Argentina won 2-1. They went on to win the World Cup.
People cheat in sport when they want to win. I think cheating is always wrong, because you are cheating your own self. Do not cheat on anything, you will only hurt yourself.
When I went to the gym, I take protein. A lot of people think, that it is cheating, but i don't think so. Protein is food supplement, that is a usual food. Do not confuse the protein and steroids.

One of the hardest things for any sportsperson to do is to know when to retire. Do you retire when you are at your physical 'peak' or do you wait until your body (or your coach) tells you that it's time to go? But even harder is finding the answer to the question 'What am I going to do with the rest of my life?'
A lot of sportsmen drink alcohol or take drugs when they to retire. For example Diego Maradona took drugs, but now he's the coach Argentina national football team.
Some sportspeople go on playing too long. Michael Jordan, the greatest basketball player of all time, retired three times.
Others can't resist the chance of one last 'pay day'. Muhammad Ali needed the money comeback fight, at the age of 39.
But for the lucky few, retirement can mean a successful new career. After retiring Franz Beckenbauer became a successful coach with Bayern and finally president of the club.
My hand-to-hand fighting coach finished his career a few years ago. He was not easy, but he became a coach and now he is a happy man.

Definitely, our position in the family affects our personality. Many psychologists believe that the oldest children get maximum attention from their parents and the result is that they’re usually pretty self-confident people. They make good leaders.
Middle children are usually independent and competitive.
The youngest in a family probably be very charming, very affectionate, and a pretty relaxed person. On the other hand, youngest children are often a little lazy. This is because they always have their older brothers and sisters to help them.
An Only child doesn’t have to share with anyone, so they’re often spoiled by their parents and their grandparents. As a result, they can be somewhat selfish. They think of themselves more than of other people.
I’m an only child. And I very spoiled, but I am not the egoist. I think of other people more than of themselves.

Twenty years ago, the typical extended family was ‘wide’. People had lots of aunts and uncles but often didn’t know their grandparents. However, according to a new study by the British research group Mintel, the family is changing shape. The family groups of the future will be ‘long and thin’, with three or four small generations.
1 Most children will know their great-grandparents (and even great-great-grandparents) because people are living longer.
2 Very few children will have brothers or sisters, and it will be common to be an only child. As a result, future generations will not have many cousins either.
3 Many children will grow up isolated from other children and young adults. This will make them more selfish and introverted.
4 More couples will divorce and re-marry, some more than once. They may have children with their new partners; so many children will have a stepmother or stepfather and half-brothers or sisters.
5 There will be many “boomerang children”. These are children who leave home to get married, but then divorce and return to live with their parents.

7 Because houses are now so expensive, different generations may decide to live together, so parents, grandparents, and adult children may co-own their houses, and many couples will have to live with their in-laws.
I’m an only child. I lacked brothers and sisters. I want to have wide family. I want to have more than five children. My family will not be such as described above. I will have the best family.

A lot of people think they can be happy only being rich, while others don't care too much about money.
It is difficult to imagine our lives without money. People consider money to be part and parcel of their everyday lives. They buy and sell different things, receive a fee, a pension or a subsidy, exchange currency and what not. People's attitude to money can be quite different: for some of them money is the most important thing in the world, while other people don't care much about money.
In my opinion, It is one of the mistakes of our society that most people do something they don't like just to earn money and spend it on things they don't need. Many people judge you according to how much you earn. In my opinion, all jobs are equally important You may not earn a lot of money but you may be worth a lot as a person.
For example my uncle is electrician, but he earn more than other electricians, because all people respect him.

When we were kids our parents told us how to act, what to eat, even when to do our homework. Our parents try to make us look like ourselves. But if you want to change your life for the better, you should not be afraid of change.
Do not be afraid to travel.
Do not be afraid to make new things.
Do not be afraid to make mistakes.
My parents forbade me to go to Astana, but I can not sit still. I want to change my life for the better, so I began my journey in Astana. I do not regret that I came to Astana. I want to contribute to the development of Kazakhstan, so I want to continue their education in Kiev, or even in Europe or USA. After that I will go back.

Modern life is impossible without travelling. Thousands of people travel every day either on business or for pleasure. They can travel by air, by rail, by sea or by road.
Do not be afraid to travel. Travelling gives us an opportunity to explore the country and learn about its customs and traditions. Travelling is the best way to practise foreign languages and to make new friends.
The territory of Kazakhstan is huge. Kazakh people travel from an early age. Sometimes you have to travel more than 1,000 kilometers to move to another city.
I began my journey in Astana. I do not regret that I came to Astana. I want to contribute to the development of Kazakhstan, so I want to continue their education in Kiev, or even in Europe or USA. After that I will go back.

Good manners to me is etiquette at restaurants, saying “please” and “thank you”, and being kind to others. I also think that you don’t need to just have good manners at restaurants, but also at home and at other peoples houses even if you don’t like that person. I do think having good manners is important. When getting a job, people look for those who are kind to others.
You need to examine the traditions of the peoples before traveling to their country, otherwise they can not understand you.
Men obliged to observe a lot of good manners. For example, every self-respecting man is obligated to pay for the girl in a restaurant, open the door for her.
I observe good manners, so I can easily find a common language with the teacher or with their peers.
10 топик. Appearances can be deceiving. Describe your friends appearance.
Meeting people for the first time we always make a judgment based on their appearances though the proverb tells us not to make such a mistake. Appearances are really deceptive; it's like a wrap of a sweet. I believe that everyone at least once in his/her life unwrapped a sweet in a bright paper but instead of a chocolate sweet found there just caramel. Or vice versa sometimes a really tasty candy is hidden under very unattractive wrapping paper. The same I can say about people.
It's better to stay neutral until the moment when you can say for sure that you know this or that person pretty well to say he is a person who deserves (or doesn't deserve) faith, understanding or attention.
I would like to tell you about my friend Naurizbek. He is 18. We have nothing in common in appearance. His hair is black and straight, his face is oval and he has bright red lips. Naurizbek is as good as gold. Warm-hearted, quiet and well-bred. Everyone loves him. He is always well dressed and neat. He is always ready to help people, when they are in need. Naurizbek goes in for sports. He goes to the gym and armwrestling.
I am happy to have such a friend as Naurizbek. I am sure we shall be friends forever.
11 топик. If at first you don’t succeed, never give up.
Our life consists of the high and lows. I believe that people should try, try again even if they haven't succeeded at first. While you are alive everything is possible. The only valid reason why you can give up is a death. Be realistic. Possibility to master something from the first try is very small. Everything requires time. Be strong. You are stronger than you think. One failure is not enough to stop from pursuing our dreams. Even 10, and 1000 failures are not enough.
When I first came to the gym, there was a lot of beginners. But a month later, there was only a small part of those who started. Six months later, were two or three people, but they have not regretted that remained. They have achieved good results, because they do not give up.

I am going to tell you about my school. My school is new and modern and I like it very much. It has three floors. The classrooms are light and spacious. There are classrooms for different subjects, such as English, History, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography, Biology Literature etc.
There is a computer class in our school. We study computer science here. The computer class has the most modern equipment and the Internet access.
We’ve also an assembly hall, which is situated on the second floor. Meetings, conferences, concerts and all the celebrations take place here. We prepare different performances for all holidays. We sing songs, recite poetry, dance, and participate in theatre performances.
There are many opportunities to go in for sports in our school. Our school has a gym, a sports ground, a football field, a swimming pool, and other sports facilities. There are many different sports groups: table tennis, swimming, athletics, football, volleyball, wrestling, and rhythmic gymnastics. Many pupils of our school attend these sports groups.
In our school we have also painting group, dance group, theatre group and rock group. All these groups are very popular and many pupils attend them.
The teachers in our school are very skilled. They try to give us all their knowledge and awake our interest to their subjects and to self study. Besides the school subjects, our teachers tell us about everything, about different problems of our world, such as ecology, nature protection, climat changes etc.
I think that school years are very important for every person. It’s a period of becoming adult, achieving knowledges, and choosing your way in life. Often school friends remain your friends for all your life. So I’ll never forget my school, my teachers, and my classmates.
13 топик. Higher education in Kazakhstan and Great Britain.
There is a considerable choice of post-school education in Britain. In addition to universities, there are also polytechnics and a series of different types of assisted colleges, such as colleges of technology, art, etc.
Some of these courses are part-time, with the students being released by their employers for one day a week or longer periods.
Virtually all students on full-time courses receive grants or loans from the Government which cover their tuition fees and everyday expenses (accommodation, food, books, etc.).
Universities in Britain enjoy complete academic freedom, choosing their own staff and deciding which students to admit, what and how to teach, and which degrees to award (first degrees are called Bachelor degrees). They are mainly government-funded, except for the totally independent University of Buckingham.
There is no automatic admission to university, as there are only a limited number of places (around 100,000) available each year. Candidates are accepted on the basis of their A-level results. Virtually all degree courses are full-time and most last three years (medical and veterinary courses last five or six years).
Students who obtain their Bachelor degree (graduates) can apply to take a further degree course, usually involving a mixture of exam courses and research. There are two different types of postgraduate courses — the Master's degree (MA or MSc) and higher degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
In Kazakhstan
University education is partly funded by the government, although private universities charge full tuition fees.
There are approximately 150 universities and higher education institutes spread throughout the country. Some of the most renowned universities include:
- The Eurasian National University in Astana
- Kazakhstan's National University, the oldest public university in Kazakhstan
- The Kazakh-American University, based in Almaty
- The University of Central Asia, an educational joint venture between Kazakhstan,Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Now it is difficult to compare education in Kazakhstan and the UK, but higher education in Kazakhstan is gaining momentum. I hope that in the near future Kazakhstani universities will not get worse, or even become more prestigious than British universities.

I think, every person always dreams about a place where he can speak about his problems, chat with close friends, where he can feel happy and quiet. For me it is my family and my home. It is the best place in the world and my dearest people live here. My family is not large we are 4. I have a mother, an uncle and a grandmother. We all live together in a private house. My uncle is 45. He is a quite tall man with short blonde hair and green eyes. He is quiet and hardworking. My mother is very lively. She is life and soul of the family. She is the pleasant woman of forty with beautiful chestnut hair and dark green eyes. My Granny very happy woman. I love her when I was a child she used to tell me fairytales and stories of her life. My parents are hardworking. They combine work with housekeeping. Mum manages our household very well. We all are in the habit of helping her to run the house. Our relatives and friends like to come to our place. My parents are very hospitable everybody feels at home in their flat. Really.

What is friendship? Some people will say that it is a feeling of mutual liking between two or more people, other will add that it is a state when one person understands and supports the other one.
The most important feeling that exists between friends is trust. It newer appears by itself, it's the result of a long friendship and this feeling is very valuable. A friend is a person who can help you in time, lend you any sum of money for a long period of time without any percent, whom you can wake up in the middle of the night just to say you feel worried or who is eager to do everything for you waiting nothing in return, who supports you in all your beginnings and who will never betray you.
Lucky are those people who have friends. I'm happy to have lots of friends, too. Some of them are very close, some are less. But all of them make my life interesting and enjoyable.
