Цели урока: практическая: Формирование навыков понимания читаемого.
образовательная: Знакомство с играми, с семьей.
воспитательная: Формирование навыков речевого этикета.
развивающая: Развитие памяти, механизмов восприятия и узнавания изучаемого языкового материала.

Lets play a bit. Id like to divide you into two teams. Lets give them names. (Каждый раз учитель переводит все инструкции на родной язык). Ill mark your points. 1. Look at the words on the blackboard, and then say who can speak and who cant. (a cat, a boy, a sister, a dog, a game, a father, a pig, a mother, a brother). Good guys! 2. Lets continue playing. Ill give a card to every team and mark the words with the sounds [eı] and [æ] and read them. (e.g. a table …) Aa am and Ann family Africa thanks cat, etc. [ eı ] [ æ ] Good guys! |

1. And now look through the following text (p. 80, ex.11) and find the words with the sounds [ æ ] and [ eı ]. Hello, my friend from Great Britain! My name is Ann. I am from Russia. Ive got a mother, a father, and a grandfather. Ive got a brother and a sister. Im a pupil. My brother and a sister are not pupils. Theyve got many toys. They like to play with the toys. Weve got a dog. His name is Spot. My brother likes to play with Spot. Weve got a cat. Her name is Pussy. My sister doesnt like to play with Spot. She likes to play with Pussy. I like to play with Pussy, too. How I love my family! Bye. Ann 2. Now, a competition for readers. Representatives of each group come to the blackboard and read sentences from the text. One sentence, which is read correctly, is one beam of the sun. Youll be the winner if your sun has more beams. 3. And now read the sentences and say if I am right or not using the next words “Right/ Wrong”.
