Greetings to all. All of us heard about electricity and it’s history form Anatoliy, and then in our presentation we want to tell you about the extraordinary facts about electricity and it’s connection with diffrents aspects of our life.

To begin with me, I will tell you about the “battle of currents” it was happening many years ago between two scientists. Their names were Thomas Edison and George Westinhouse and to be more precise it was a battle between direct current and alternating current respectively. Edison had tried to prevent Westinhouse sponsoring the electric seat in which the technology of alternating current was used. But this was not crowned with success and as a result Westinhouse has triumphed in the market.
