Since time immemorial the humanity has realized the advantages that profound knowledge gives a man. First religious priests, then priests of phenomena could influence both people’s minds and their behavior, their style of life and even politics.
Knowledge has become the power that can create and destroy. Numerous scientific discoveries in the field of technique have fed a man to the cosmic space and deep to the bottom of the ocean. The discoveries in the field of nuclear power and technical progress have as well at once brought the humanity to the verge of a worldwide catastrophe. The results of a great number of scientific discoveries have not always been positive hand, water and air pollution, dangerous industrial wastes that have to be bureau somewhere not to kill the whole mankind make the back side of a medical.
Nowadays to cope with the consequences of the abovementioned discoveries and to make science serve a man, the humanity needs still more advanced knowledge and a growing number of well-education people. Higher education affords brilliant opportunities for young people. Highly qualified specialists are needs to work on modern complicated equipment, computers, calculating machines, in all branches of science: physics, biology, chemistry. Scientific lab.now exist and carry out experiments not only at the scientific research institutes but at a great variety of plants, factories and works in all kinds of industries: ship-building, motor-car, even paper and perfume – marking industries. In the world of trade the competition among the producers of various goods for gaining more profit, for attracting more purchasers makes them widely use the fruit of technical progress and engage a lot of highly – qualified, skilled specialists. The largest firms are known to look for encourage their own stuff to improve their educational level. The employee’s aspiration for educational level is not only encouraged in words and awards it is also well-paid. So even the employee’s salary depends to a great extent on his or her qualification, knowledge and skill. If you happen to choose work with some good company a year or so. You’ll get a good training there and acquire necessary practice, but nevertheless you’ll have to enter an economic faculty of some institute, as well, because your knowledge and skill acquired in both a firm and an institute altogether new for you. The efforts you make to acquire proper knowledge and to acquire a proper educational level will satisfy your future superior and will help you cope with all difficulties and problems, be satisfied with the results of your future work. I suppose no chief will find fault with the employee whose constant aspiration is to improve his knowledge and skill. To make a summary of all the advantages a proper education gives a person it’s necessary to mention good school and work habits that the process of education keeps a person to develop and good work habits in their turn, keep a person to achieve perfect results in his activity, not to be disappointed in his business and to be a great success in what he does.
We are the 11-th former now and we must think about the future. We know that our future life is closely connected with our future profession. That is way when the last school year is over and we pass our graduating exams we must choose a road in life. There are 3 road open to us: either we can enter an institute or a technical secondary school or we may choose a vocational school, where the graduates can get proper training and become good specialists. All these school teach different trades. All of them are important and useful. My parents advised me to take up the profession of on economist (lawyer, builder et. с ). They gave me many arguments that it was the right road for me to take.
As for me I’d like to choose the profession of a computer-operator or a computer-programmist because I’mgreatly interested in operating computers, physics, mathematics. I think the profession of a programmist is of great need nowadays because of technical progress.
Thought there is an economic crisis in our country nowadays and many enterprises do not work and a lot of people are jobless and live in poverty I believe that a better future of our country’s economics is connected with technical progress and computers. The computers not work is a already developing in our country. More and more industries enterprises, plants, works, factories, hospitals, institutes are equipped with computers and modern machines which help to improve the results of people’s work and the quality of production.
Therefore more and more specialists with good knowledge are needed to operate these now machine. In the nearest future our country’s economics will not develop without computers.
In order to be well-prepared for this profession I must not only learn all the school subjects properly but take every opportunity of getting additional knowledge. That’s way I read books and magazines with special information on this subject, discuss the question of the future profession with my parents and teachers, meet with the specialists working in this field who tell me a lot of interesting things about this profession. In order to improve my knowledge I take an optional course in physics, importance and need of knowledge is increasing from year to year. If we have good knowledge of school subjects it will help us in our future education. Most of the school-levers are sure to make an attempt to enter some higher educational institution. But it is not an easy task. First of all we must do our best to pass graduating exams and then entrance examinations successfully, and then try to choose the proper institute.
There is a great number of educational institutions in out republic where we can get training and become a skilled programmist (lawyer et с ) .
We may choose the East Kazakhstan High-way Engineering Institute for example.
This institute offers every opportunity for every student to get knowledge of operating computers. And besides it’s good for us that we needn’t leave our home place of our parents.
