Character Concepts
-Anduin-
Father always treated him like he was not his son, though it only seemed that way; Liam, his father, always protected his son from making his mistakes, though did it in a wrong manner. Anduin, being not that wise understood it as a sign of ignorance and distrust. He tried to escape all his miseries and found a hobby; magic. He started to attend classes Flint the Wise was holding. Magic they studied was powerful, but not powerful enough for Anduin. He was looking for a power that was forbidden and long forgotten. He started to wonder across the far regions of his father’s kingdom to find the knowledge he wanted. But, unfortunately, he found nothing. Knowledge found him. A book of ancient necromancy was found in his bedroom. He started to study the dark magic. He was surprised, that he found what he was looking for all those years. Though he learned new spells and gained new powers, he was very weak in comparison with other mages.
He is not a positive character, though he has positive qualities. He is angered and offended of his father’s behavior and relation to him. He doesn’t understand why his father doesn’t take Anduin with him, though he does well in combat and is listening well to his father. Anduin misses his father much, but he is not spending enough time with his son. Anduin’s mother tries to explain his father’s behavior, but anger grows in his heart, despair takes over him, and he carries a bid of revenge from his childhood. Power and strength starts to abuse him, and he starts to seek ways to fasten his rise to the throne.
This lust of power and dominance is catalyzed by one of his father’s most trusted ministers. Lord Lucius Lean encourages his majesty’s son’s rebellious behavior, and offers him help to get the throne. Anduin foolishly agrees to help him in exchange of getting the throne.
Several months Lucius was preparing the plan to overtake the throne, while Anduin was growing in power and losing himself in the anger and treachery. Anduin became a powerful weapon who was easy to manipulate. Then in the evening of the day, when second prince was born, he slipped in his parent’s bedroom with Lucius and his guards. Lucius slaughtered the King and took over Anduin’s mother’s mind and made her take the knife and walk out the bedroom. Anduin tried to resist, but he was hit in his head and lost his conscience. Lucius disappeared with his guardians and took Anduin with him. When Queen walked out of the place, guards saw her and ran into the bedroom, seeing their King butchered in his own bed. After, they arrested her and thrown her in the prison, where she would wait to be given to the justice. She was executed for treachery and murder of the king. Anduin became the King a week later. His mind was completely taken by Lucius, which turned to be a necromancer Lord.
Liam
Liam the Lion Heart was born in a noble family, warring with other Human Kingdoms. His father died when Liam was 16, and he became the king very early, due he was the only heir of the throne. He married Leliana, princess of his allied kingdom, and gave birth to a son – Anduin.
He has a very friendly and king character, but when he battles he fights like a lion. He fought for unity of the Human Kingdoms and found victory after many years. He united all the Human Kingdoms and Cities to a one Faraway Kingdom and re-declared The Twin-City as the new capital. Freedom reigned for several years, before the royal family was deceived. He was killed in a sleep by his most trusted minister, Lord Lucius Lean. His body was ignited and sailed in the open Eternal Sea.
Lord Lucius Lean
Lord Lucius Lean was born in an aristocratic family. His father died when Lucius was 2 months old. His mother married her husband’s best friend – Lockhard Korr. Lockard hated Lucius, just as he hated his father, though acted like he is his best friend. Lockhard randomly beat and offended Lucius for his every mistake. He grew angered and one day he butchered Lockard in his bed. His mother lost her mind and died shortly. His uncle took care of him till he became 18 to receive all of his father’s land and power.
