Dear Kris,
The war has entered into full force since the rise of the Versipellis. Hiding both day & night has become a necessity, exposing myself to the outside world has led to be too much of a risk. I now not only have both Vampires and Versipillis on my back but also the Humans as well. So I will stay in the Manor for now, the estate is inconspicuous and well out of sight with the Seal of Horus protecting it also. It’s funny because I’m writing to you from the Maze, do you remember? Our place?
It feels like just yesterday that I layed with you in those grounds and we talked about everything under the sun, about how we’d get away from all of this and it would be just you and me for eternity. I miss your tender lips against mine and the scent of fresh apples that lingered on your skin. Hurry and get better, please?

These are the cities in which I have been occupying this last century in a bid to keep as obscure as possible.

My family quickly bedded her and tended to her already fragile state for many hours until she reached the brink of death. My father knowing that she would die gave the woman a choice, one to die a painful death or another to become one of the Children of the Night.
My father, Oh Hyun-Ki, was no fool;he knew the power which he had and he used it to his advantage. Once turned the woman would become part of our family as a slave and protect our family from the ever growing power of the Humans and if ever needed others of our kind.
The woman, wanting only to save her life agreed.My father plunged his teeth into her and made her into one of us, a vampire. But her body could not withhold the power of the venom and instead she died, leaving behind a newborn baby, a Turned baby. His name was Kris.
