Government - is the supreme body of executive power, consisting of the persons supervising ministries and departments. In the different countries there are various names of the governments (the cabinet, ministerial council, the state council), but it does not change the basic characteristic of the government as executive power supreme body. In modern conditions the government is one of the major political institutes, making the most direct impact on various spheres of a public life.
