NUAA Scholarship for International Students
taught in English and 1 to 2 years for research. NUAA confers Master or Doctoral degree
after candidates meet the requirements.
1. Application form for international study in NUAA and copy of your international passport.
2. Statement of Purpose clearly indicating preferred technical work or experience and academic background;
3. Two letters of recommendation by university professors;
4. Bachelor degree diploma for Master degree applicants and Master degree diploma for Ph.D degree applicants (Notarized copy with notarized translation)
5. Transcripts of the highest degree (Notarized copy with notarized translation )
6. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (to be filled online). http://laihua.csc.edu.cn, the Agent No. of NUAA is 10287. Fill out all required areas and submit it online, then print it out.
7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the Report on Blood Examination (The form can be downloaded from http://is.buaa.edu.cn/English/DownloadEng.aspx);
7. TOEFL, IELTS or HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) test results, or English and Chinese proficiency certificates : 1) English proficiency certificate can be obtained in the KHAI International Department after passing the test (the cost of the certificate is 20 UAH), 2) Chinese proficiency certificate can be represented as certificate from Chinese language teacher, Chinese courses, etc. and should show that candidate is in the process of Chinese language studying can be obtained in the KHAI International Department after passing the test (the cost of the certificate is 20 UAH). – can be СOPIES
8. Application Fee is required which is RMB 400 Yuan / person or USD 70 / person. However, please be aware that the candidates recommended by Partner Universities will not need to pay this application fee as they have already been automatically changed to Application Fee Waiver based on the recommendation from Partner Universities.
9. Documents will be sent to China by KHAI via the TNT- express delivery, the cost of it is 600 UAH/kg approximately, these expenses will be shared among candidates and paid by them.

1. Details of the Scholarship
1. Qualifyed students are exempt from registration fee, tuition fee, fee for laboratory
experiment, fee for internship, fee for basic learning materials and accommodation
on campus.
2. Monthly living allowance is paid to the students from the date of registration at the
following rates 1700RMB.
3. A one-off settlement of 1500RMBafter registration .
4. International Students Medical Insurance.
Note: International airfares and domestic travel expenses are borne by students themselves.
