Conference work will be organized in the following areas:
To participation are invited teachers of high schools, PhDs and doctors of sciences, corresponding members and academicians of the Russian and any International Academy’s of Sciences, deputies of municipal and regional authorities, managers and experts of the industrial enterprises, scientific employees of leading research laboratories, foreign scientific figures.
Free granting of materials to all participants is guaranteed.
For publication of materials it is necessary to send us registration form (Annex) and paper, with the total value 2-5 full pages (full final article) (MS Word 2003, 2007, 2010, Times New Roman, 12) in electronic form till May, 10th, 2014 on E-mail: eup7@yandex.ru.
