IT Technology : Windows applications are used on a Server base, NT is
used to link the system through out all divisions.
Source of Fabrics : Cotton and Denim qualities are sourced from local
market (Isko, Kipaş, Bossa, GAP, Ordenim, etc.) and
some from abroad.
Storage : Finished fabrics are stored in Kuzgunlar warehouse.
Inspections : Fabrics are checked 100 %. What we check is the colour
and the shrinkage of the fabric. As we make this control we
are able to see and dived the quality of the fabric. The
matching colours are numbered and used as in pairs so as
to mach the colour and quality of the fabric. On the
production side we have controllers that control the
stitching line.
Markers : Gerber and Gemini systems.
Laying : The following equipment is available in the cutting room:
2 X 1.95 X 12 meters spreading and cutting tables
Cutting : Hand cutting systems
Separation of Fabric : Each fabric batch is cut separately. Goods are
Ply-marked. Before ply-marking each panel is checked for
fabric defects paired before sending to sewing.
Sample preparation : Whole samples are prepared in the sample room.
Samples are prepared within 1 - 7 days. Sample preparation speed depends on fabric, model of the sample and washing procedure.
Personnel : 130 people at Istanbul
Machinery : 98 sewing machines are available in Istanbul.

Machine Vendors :
QC @ Subcontractors : There are six quality controllers permanently. Every client
before one day of their shipment date sends a QC that
inspects the boxes, which are ready for shipment.
Sizing checks : A cutting sample and size set is checked before cutting
the bulk fabric. Each finished item is rechecked
according to the customers scale.
Staff : All machine staff are skilled. Training is provided for
unskilled workers.
Broken Needle Procedure : Broken needle procedure is applied.
Washing & Finishing
Washing and drying : We are working with best washing companies in
Istanbul.
Processes : The goods are washed, trimmed, quality controlled
and pressed. After pressing all goods final inspected, folded
and packed. Last step is boxing of the goods.
Final inspection : There is a QC who is responsible for final inspection
performs it regularly.
